2.1. The prices of the Products shall be as displayed on the Supplier’s invoice.
2.2. All payments shall be made in the currency Singapore Dollars. The Supplier accepts payment through PayNOW, Bank Transfer.
2.3. The Customer shall be responsible for goods and services tax (GST) imposed on the sale of the Products.
3.1. The Supplier shall make reasonable efforts to deliver the Products to the Customer within the estimated delivery timeframe specified on the website. However, the Supplier shall not be liable for any delays in delivery beyond its reasonable control.
4.1. The Products sold by the Supplier may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, details of may be provided with the Manufacturer’s website.
4.2. The Supplier shall not be responsible for any warranty claims arising from misuse, abuse, or improper installation of the Products.
5.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Supplier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the sale or use of the Products.
6.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
